What you get for every address
Lists are delivered as Excel or CSV, cut to your counties or your criteria.
On every address
| Street address | The property address. |
| City and ZIP | What goes on an envelope. |
| County and state | For filtering to your service area. |
| Confirmation grade | Each record is labelled with how it was confirmed. |
On most addresses
| Install month and year | Exact, not estimated. Panel age follows from it, so you can pull systems that are ten years old or more. |
| System size in kW | Exact nameplate capacity. |
| Array footprint and edge length | Derived from system size and given as ranges. The edge length helps size a job before you drive out. |
Where available
| Array size ranking | Larger or smaller than typical. A ranking for prioritising calls, not a measurement. |
| Roof complexity | Number of roof planes. Two is simple, eight or more means a fiddlier job. |
| Panel type | Monocrystalline or polycrystalline, with a confidence tier: firm, likely or uncertain. |
| Coordinates and parcel ID | To drop a pin on the roof or reconcile against county records. |
Not available
- Roof age. It does not exist in any public source, and I will not pass off home age as roof age.
- Owner names, phone numbers and email addresses. The standard lists are property information only.
Good to know before you buy
- It is a list of confirmed homes, not every solar home in a county. The list keeps growing.
- Systems installed in the last few years may not be on it yet.
- I do not flag whether a home is owned or leased.
- Install date and size come with most addresses, not all. Ask for a count in your counties.
